Keyboard and choral conducting

I started piano instruction at age 8 at Portsmouth Grammar School, organ instruction at age 14 with the Cathedral Organist, Christopher Gower.  I have been directing choirs since the age of 16.  Experiences of “being on the receiving end” of choral direction by Dr. Gerre Hancock, Dr. André Thomas, and the concepts demonstrated in the video “What They See Is What You Get” by Rodney Eichenberger and André Thomas, have greatly impacted my approach to choral conducting.
